Fishing gear buying advice

I am new to the amazing fishing sport and looking at buying new fishing gear. Can anyone tell me how to select the best rod, reel, tackle box and tackle? I searched around and found tons of different brands available in the market, so choosing the best one is a big challenging task for a beginner. I don't want to spend much money, so I would prefer something budget friendly.

Any advice and recommendations are welcome.

I am not that expert about the entire fishing gear but I do have little knowledge about fishing rod. The length of the rod you choose depends on two things. The first is the species of the fish that you wish to catch. The other thing you have to consider is the landscape of the fishing location and the type of water. I guess this would not let you expend money from your income or installment loan. Just look online, I bet there are budget friendly fishing gear.
