Site Navigation Problems

I will be making some changes to the navigation throughout the site. Soon, the menu at the top of the site will be in the form of a dropdown menu. This will allow me to add more links to the top, which will save some room in the left sidebar, where I intend to add such features as current weather and advertisements.

If that didn't make any sense, dont worry. The point I am trying to make is that there may be some menus/menus items that appear out of place, dont work, or are missing altogether. Don't Fret... I will try to complete the transition as soon as possible. If you have trouble finding something, let me know. I will try to get you in the right direction.
